Pentecost is a Christian day that commemorates the descending of the Holy Spirit and the beginning of the church, also known as the birthday of the church. This story is found in Acts 2:1-41. Christians celebrate this day on the 50th day after Easter. The color that symbolizes this day is red.
People of all ages love to celebrate birthdays, so why not celebrate the birthday of the church, too!
