Palm Sunday
"Hosanna Video Montage"

We need YOU for the Palm Sunday Online Worship 'Hosanna Montage"!

Take a video of yourself or your family "passing a palm leaf and shouting hosanna!".

Instructions:

Record the video with your camera/phone in the HORIZONTAL/Landscape position.
  • The person being filmed will hold the palm frond in THEIR left hand "off screen" as if they are grabbing the frond from someone off screen to their left.
  • Then they will then pass the frond to THEIR right hand and then move their right hand/frond off screen as if they are passing it to someone off screen to their right.
  • Be sure to shout "hosanna!" loudly and wave the palm frond when you're passing it from your left hand to your right hand!

Remember that the person being filmed needs to hold the frond in THEIR LEFT hand and then pass it to THEIR RIGHT (it will look like right to left when you watch the video, though).

Be sure to shout hosanna LOUDLY so that we can hear it!

When we edit all of the videos together, it will look like we are passing the palm frond from person to person.
